MALTESERS 90th x ASDA 2026 – FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your entry into and participation in the promotion. Please read these terms carefully before entering, as by entering, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications related to the promotion, including advertising or promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy at https://www.mars.com/privacy and agree to any personal information you submit as part of this promotion being held and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Prize Provider and data processor: Prize Professionals Ltd, HereWorx House, 119 Winter Road, Southsea, PO4 8DS, registered in England, company number 14481077. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at www.prizeprofessionals.com/privacy 

ELIGIBILITY

  1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK, except for employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

  2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry. 

  3. No purchase necessary. Internet access and registration required. Mobile data charged at your network’s standard rate.

  4. Maximum one entry per person. 

  5. A valid UK driving licence will be required to use the Mini Cooper E prize.   

  6. Bulk entries, entrants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or entering via agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases, or entries automatically generated by computer, will not be accepted. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  1. The promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 04.03.26 to 23:59:59 on 28.04.26 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be included in the promotion. Entries must be received within these times to be valid. 

HOW TO ENTER FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN 

  1. For the chance to win, scan the QR code displayed on assets in participating ASDA stores or visit www.maltesers.co.uk/win-a-mini and complete the online registration form by entering your full name, email address, postal address and mobile number.

  2. Only one entry per person throughout the Promotional Period will be accepted. Anyone attempting to enter more frequently will be disqualified. 

  3. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged. Entries made using disposable or anonymous email services will be considered invalid and will not be accepted.

  4. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries exceeding the allowed limit or those using deceptive methods like scripts, brute force tactics, IP masking, multiple aliases, or any other form of identity manipulation. 

THE PRIZES 

  1. There are 91 prizes in total, as detailed, that are available to be won as follows: 

  • 1 x MINI Cooper E

  • 90 x £100 Red Letter Days e-gift cards 

PRIZE INFORMATION

  1. MINI Cooper E – 3 door: standard classic model, All electric 135KW (181HP) - electric consumption 4.5 mi/kWh, range 185 miles, Standard equipment (subject to availability). Supplied on a 2026 registration. Paint Finish: Standard colour Nanuq white / roof in jet black (subject to availability and may be subject to change). Delivery to a designated address within Great Britain or Northern Ireland, corresponding to the recipient's entry details, subject to the recipient providing suitable evidence of motor insurance prior to dispatch if off-road parking is not available to the winner. The vehicle will be delivered prepared for immediate road use, inclusive of the first registration fee, number plates, and first-year road tax. The recipient assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements relating to vehicle ownership, including but not limited to registration, insurance, and taxation. 

  2. Vehicle shown on point of sale assets is for illustrative purposes only and actual prize vehicle may vary in terms of the exact specifications and colour, however, the make and model is as described above. This prize or promotion is not in any way officially endorsed or associated with BMW Group.

  3. The Promoter will not be responsible for any costs or expenses associated with the Mini Cooper E that are not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included in the prize. Without limitation, the winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, insurance, registration fees, fuel/petrol costs, and any other costs or expenses arising from or related to the ownership, use, or enjoyment of the prize.

  4. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified and the prize withdrawn. No cash alternatives or other alternative prizes will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.

  5. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the determination of the winners or the awarding of the prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

  1. A prize draw will be held on 12.05.26 to select 1 winner of the MINI Cooper E and 90 winners of the £100 Red Letter Days e-gift cards. The winners will be picked at random from all valid entries using an automated computer process. 

  2. The winner of the MINI Cooper E will be notified by no later than 26.05.26 with a confirmation text message to the mobile number provided upon entry of the promotion. The winner will then be contacted by the Prize Provider to help organise the handover of the vehicle. Once validation of the win and registration steps have been completed, the MINI Cooper E prize will be delivered to the winner within two weeks. The Prize Provider will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and transfer of the prize. If the winner has not responded to notifications by the Prize Provider after 14 working days from the first attempt at making contact, or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this win and to reallocate the prize from all remaining entries if possible.

  3. The winners of the Red Letter Days e-gift cards will be notified by no later than 26.05.26 and sent their prize via a clickable link in a text message, to the phone number provided upon entry of the promotion. 

  4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not receive their prize for whatever reason, including in the event that a winner provides an incorrect mobile number/postal address.

  5. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The winners’ statutory rights are not affected.

  6. No correspondence: The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize award is  final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winners.

DATA PRIVACY AND YOUR RIGHTS

  1. The Promoter will only use entrants’ personal information to administer the promotion in line with these Terms and Conditions. Personal data will only be shared with third parties (such as the Data Processors and Prize Provider) where it is necessary to manage the prize draw and for prize fulfilment. For further details on how the Promoter uses personal data or how to manage personal data requests, please see the Privacy Policy.

  2. A list of winners’ surnames and counties of residence is available on request. Please post your request and a stamped addressed envelope to: Consumer Care, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG within 3 months of the promotion close date. Should a winner wish to exercise their right to object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing contact@ukmw.mars.com. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose information to regulatory authorities if required by law to do so.

  3. In the event a winner requests for their personal data, including phone number and address details, to be deleted or limited in scope, the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of the winner's prize or assist them following deletion of their details. The full name and contact details of the winners will be retained for 30 days after the relevant prize has been fulfilled to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winners, and always in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Winners’ surnames and county details will be retained for the purposes of administering this promotion and may be available to members of the public, subject to Condition 25. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

  2. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.

  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including by asking the winners’ identity (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the prize), including proof of age, and may refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions (including entry requirements) or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. 

  4. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.

  5. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

  6. Limitations of liability: Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

  1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;

  2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;

  3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; and

  4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person (or their property) which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

 

  1. It is acknowledged that this promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by, nor associated with, BMW Group. Entrants release BMW Group from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their entry. 

  2. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining clauses shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect.

  3. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. However, if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring your claim before the Scottish or Northern Irish courts (respectively), if you wish.
