MALTESERS Easter Hopline – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The promotion is open to residents of London, Cardiff, and Edinburgh, aged 18 years or above.
1.2. Employees of Mars, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
2. Promotion Period and Locations:
2.1 The promotion will run on March 30, 2024, from 08:00 AM (GMT) to 04:00 PM (GMT)
2.2 Locations include London- Central; within 5km radius of SE1, Cardiff- Central; within a 5km radius of CF10 and Edinburgh- Central; within a 5km radius of EH4.
3. Promotion Details:
3.1 To participate in the promotion, customers must call the ‘Maltesers Hopline’ number 0755-2866437 and place an order for a Maltesers gift pack.
3.2 Each customer is limited to one free pack per order.
3.3 Orders will only be accepted for delivery within the designated locations of London, Cardiff and Edinburgh.
3.4 Gift packs will include a variety of Maltesers products. Please see back of packets for allergen information.
4. Order Placement and Delivery:
4.1 Orders must be placed over the phone by calling the hotline number provided.
4.2 Customers must provide accurate delivery address details during the order placement.
4.3 Delivery of the gift packs will be made to the provided address during the Promotion Period.
4.4 Mars will not be responsible for any delivery delays or failures that are beyond their control.
4.5 Customers may be asked to verify their date of birth by the delivery drive.
5. Pricing and Payments:
5.1 The gift packs offered in this promotion are free of charge.
5.2 No payment is required for the gift packs.
6. Promotion Administration:
6.1 The promotion will be run by Taylor Herring PR, on behalf of Mars
6.2 For any queries or concerns regarding the promotion, customers can contact Taylor Herring during normal business hours.
7. Liability:
7.1 Mars and Taylor Herring will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the promotion or the use of the gift packs.
7.2 By participating in the promotion, customers agree to release Taylor Herring and Mars from any liability arising from the promotion.
8. General:
8.1 Mars and Taylor Herring reserve the right to amend or cancel the promotion or any part thereof without prior notice.
8.2 The promotion is subject to availability, while stocks last.
8.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
