Q) When does the promotion run?

A) The main promotion runs from 00:00:01 on 22nd December 2025 to 23:59:59 on 10th April 2026. Entries outside this period won’t be counted.

 

Q) Who can enter this promotion?

A) This promotion is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) aged 18 or over.

 

Q) How do I enter the promotion?

A) Visit www.maltesers.co.uk/bunnies-vote or scan the QR code on promotional material. Complete the form with your full name, email address, mobile number, and select the retailer where you saw the promotion. Vote for your favourite bunny to complete your entry.

 

Q) Do I need to make a purchase to enter?

A) No purchase is necessary. However, you will need internet access. Mobile data charges may apply.

 

Q) How many times can I enter?

A) Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries or attempts to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification.

 

Q) What prizes can I win instantly?

A) You could instantly win one of the following cash prizes:

  • 5x £1,000
  • 10x £500
  • 80x £100
  • 200x £10

Winners are selected by an independent computerised process. The process will identify random times as “winning moments” and the first entry received on or after such “winning moment” will be awarded a prize at random. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry

 

Q) What other prizes can I win at the end of the promotion?

A) There are four additional draws after the promotion ends:

  • End of Promotion Draw – 1 prize of £10,000
  • Tesco Draw – 1 prize of £25,000
  • Sainsbury’s Draw – 1 prize of £15,000
  • Asda Draw – 1 prize of £15,000

 

Q) How will I know if I’ve won?

A) For instant win prizes, you’ll be notified immediately on screen and by SMS. For the additional draw prizes, winners will be contacted via SMS within 14 days of the promotion closing.

 

Q) How do I receive my prize if I win?

A) You'll be asked to confirm your bank account details via a link sent to you by SMS notification. Prizes will be sent via BACS transfer within 28 days of verification. If you don’t respond within 14 working days, your prize will be forfeited.

 

Q) What if I live in ROI and win a cash prize?

A) Your prize will be converted into Euros (€) based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment using the XE.com exchange rate. The Promoter is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any fees from your bank.

 

Q) What happens if I give incorrect contact details?

A) If your details are wrong or incomplete and you don’t receive your prize, the Promoter is not responsible. Make sure your information is accurate when entering.

 

Q) Can I enter using multiple emails or identities?

A) No. Entries using multiple addresses, names, or automated systems will be disqualified. You can only enter once. 

 

Q) Is my personal data safe?

A) Yes. Your data is processed in accordance with the Mars Privacy Policy (see mars.com/privacy) and applicable UK/ROI data protection laws. You can request deletion of your data, but doing so before your prize is delivered may affect your eligibility.

 

Q) Can the prize be exchanged or transferred?

A) No. Prizes are non-transferable and must not be sold or advertised. 

 

Q) Can I access the list of winners?

A) You can request a list of winners' surnames by sending a stamped addressed envelope to:

Requests must be received within 3 months of the promotion ending.

 

Q) What if something goes wrong with the website?

A) The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues (e.g., internet outages or server problems). If the site is inaccessible, try again later.
