FAQs

Q) When does the promotion run?
A) The promotion runs from 1st July to 21st July 2026. Entries outside this period won’t be counted.

Q) Who can enter this promotion?
A) This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

Q) How do I enter the promotion?
A) For the chance to win, scan the QR code displayed on assets in participating Co-op stores or visit www.maltesers.co.uk/90-win and complete the online registration form by entering your full name, email address, mobile number and county.

Q) Do I need to make a purchase to enter?
A) No purchase is necessary. However, you will need internet access. Mobile data charges may apply.

Q) How many times can I enter?
A) Maximum one entry per person, per day with a maximum of 10 entries per person during the Promotional Period is allowed. Anyone attempting to enter more frequently will be disqualified.

Q) What prizes can I win?
A) You could win one of the following prizes, in the prize draw at the end of the promotion:

  • 10x £200 Airbnb e-gift cards

  • 30x £100 Lavish Spa e-gift cards

  • 40x £100 Red Letter Days e-gift cards

  • 100x £10 Costa Coffee e-gift cards

Only one prize per person is permitted. 

Q) How will I know if I’ve won?
A) Winners will be notified by SMS after the prize draw has taken place on 4th August 2026.

Q) How do I receive my prize if I win?
A) Winners will receive a clickable link to redeem their e-gift cards and redemption instructions via SMS, to the phone number provided on the registration form.

Q) What happens if I give incorrect contact details?
A) If your details are wrong or incomplete and you don’t receive your prize, the Promoter is not responsible. Make sure all your information is accurate when entering.

Q) Is my personal data safe?
A) Yes. Your data is processed in accordance with the Mars Privacy Policy (see mars.com/privacy) and applicable UK data protection laws. You can request deletion of your data, but doing so before your prize is delivered may affect your eligibility.

Q) Can the prize be exchanged or transferred?
A) No. Prizes are non-transferable and must not be sold or advertised.

Q) Can I access the list of winners?
A) You can request a list of winners' surnames by sending a stamped addressed envelope to:

Consumer Care, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG 

Requests must be received within 3 months of the promotion ending.

Q) What if something goes wrong with the website?
A) The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues (e.g., internet outages or server problems). If the site is inaccessible, try again later.
